Guava is a Nigerian real estate company focused on building and selling luxury homes. The project involved redesigning the brand identity and digital presence so that Guava would feel elevated, sophisticated, and memorable. The goal was not just to polish aesthetics, but to reintroduce the brand with clarity of story, refined visual language, and an experience that aligns with high-end living.

In close collaboration with the client, the brand refresh was narrative-first: every design decision leaned toward communicating Guava’s commitment to quality, elegance, and exclusivity. The design uses clean layouts, strong editorial structure, and interactive touches so users are drawn into the story of each home. Visual pacing was carefully considered — letting imagery and breathing space work in concert so the digital experience feels both luxurious and intuitive.

The result: a brand identity and digital interface that guide potential customers smoothly through Guava’s offerings, while reinforcing its luxury positioning. The visual design is visually engaging yet structurally sound, with consistent typography, colour, and imagery that feel elevated without being ostentatious. In short, Guava now presents itself not just as a builder of homes, but as a creator of desirable, refined lifestyles.
